Code of Ethics — Required for all attendees.

Parent/Guardian and JR/SR High Youth Agreements — These forms are offered here for your review, but will be provided and collected on-island this year.

Registration is not complete unless payment of both the Room and Board deposit and the Registration Fee is made. The full Room and Board deposit and partial Registration Fee are refundable until June 3.
