For LRE 2010, we will be participating in the Star Island Corporation's pilot program for online registration. In addition, we will also be accepting our usual registration by mail.
Conference Forms
Forms will be added to this page as they become available. All forms are in PDF format, so they are easy to download, fill out and send in — the sooner the better.
Your initial mailing must include:
- Completed Registration Form
- Completed Code of Ethics Form
- One check made payable to Star Island RE Conference for Room & Board deposit and Registration fee
- You will receive e-mail confirmation of your registration as soon as it is approved.
Upon confirmation, you should plan to return:
- Workshop Preference Form
- Volunteer Form
- Signed Parent/Guardian Agreement and JR/SR High Youth Agreement, if applicable (grades 7-12)
- Medical Considerations Form, if applicable
- Completed Scholarship Application Form, as needed

Please Note: Registration is not complete unless payment of both the Room and Board deposit and the Registration Fee is made. The full Room and Board deposit and partial Registration Fee are refundable until June 3. |
