2008 RE Week Registration

The 2008 Conference is accepting rolling admissions. We will also accept on-site registration.

Conference Forms
Forms will be added to this page as they become available. All forms are in PDF format* so they are easy to download, fill out and send in — the sooner the better.

Your initial mailing must include:
  1. Completed Registration Form (PDF)

  2. Completed Code of Ethics Form

  3. One check made payable to Star Island RE Conference for Room & Board deposit and Registration fee

  4. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your registration as soon as it is approved.

Upon confirmation, you should plan to return:
  1. Workshop Preference Form (PDF)

  2. Volunteer Form (PDF)

  3. Signed Parent/Guardian Agreement and JR/SR High Youth Agreement, if applicable (grades 7-12) (PDF)

  4. Medical Considerations Form (DOC), if applicable

  5. Completed Scholarship Application Form (DOC), as needed

Conference Payment
To celebrate our 100th year, our conference registration fee will be $100 ($120 after April 1 or on-site). It, along with a room and board deposit of $150/person are due with registration.

Please mail ONE CHECK, payable to "Star Island RE Conference" and completed registration form to:

Please Note: Registration is not complete unless payment of both the Room and Board deposit and the Registration Fee is made (remember: one check!). The full Room and Board deposit and partial Registration Fee are refundabnle until June 3.
