The Silent Auction
|
The Silent Auction helps to raise funds for the LRE Week Scholarship Fund. This vital fund allows religious educators and their families, who would not otherwise be able to attend, to join LRE.
Throughout the year, stay on the lookout for treasures to donate to this worthy cause—especially anything with STARS on it! For example: clothing, jewelry, knick knacks, chalices, and anything UU. Consider bringing something special from your congregation, or from past LRE workshops. And don't forget items that will appeal to our LRE men (e.g., ties, BBQ gear, sauces and mustards, brief cases) and to add to the childrens' table (e.g., toys, play jewelry, scrap book album, stickers).
